We custom bend ubolts while you wait, we can bend u-bolts up to 1.25" diameter. We bend square u-bolts, round u-bolts and semi round u-bolts. Our machine will bend most ubolts up to 6" round or square. So no matter how big or small the project is we can make the proper ubolt for you.

Customer had worn out walking beams. We had to remove the old walking beams and push in out the old bushings. After this is done we push in new Hendrickson walking beams. We have a 200 ton press, this makes the job off pushing out the bushings easier. Each walking beam has 3 bushings, 1 center and 2 end bushings. We can inspect your vehicle for FREE. Our inspection uncovered worn out pins and bushings. His pins were snapped in half and could be pulled out by hand.
