Custom leaf springs can be designed for any make or model of vehicle that you have. From any 4wd and 2wd drive truck to that antique car project you have in your garage.
We can be flexible with your order, as all our springs are individually built for you. If you want a spring to be built stronger or softer than your original spring pack we can do that.
We only use the best steel, all our spring steel is produced in USA and forged in Canada. By using the best steel our leaf springs hold up better to all off-road and on road conditions.

Military Wraps – A military-wrap, is the second leaf plate that wraps around the spring eye (called the main leaf) to form a double-wrap. This design element transmits less stress to the main leaf during torque or extreme articulation. It also lessens the odds of spring separation in case of main leaf failure, and provides greater strength, support, and durability as a whole. We can design military wraps for the front or rear of the leaf spring, ½ and ¼ wraps are also available.
OEM Bushings - All our custom leaf springs come complete with OEM Bushing, we and car manufactures believe these are the best bushings and longest lasting. If you want to put in your own bushings let us know in advance. If your project calls for a bigger or smaller hanger bolt we can push a different bushing into your spring.
Diamond Cut End Leaves - All our leaf springs are designed with diamond cut end leaves. Diamond ends ensure the load is progressively distributed over a larger surface area, reducing the high stresses that develop at leaf ends. This provides increased ride quality and protection against leaf breakage, significantly increasing the spring life.
Removal able Spring Clips - Clips prevent the leaf plates from "fanning out" laterally. Our spring clips allow the spring to articulate as they are not tight to the spring, there is enough room between the clip and the spring pack to let the spring work properly.
Plastic Friction Pads - On all the end leaves we put plastic anti friction pads, these pads reduce noise, soften the ride and look sweet.
