Customer had worn out walking beams. We had to remove the old walking beams and push in out the old bushings. After this is done we push in new Hendrickson walking beams. We have a 200 ton press, this makes the job off pushing out the bushings easier. Each walking beam has 3 bushings, 1 center and 2 end bushings. All the bushings get pushed out and replaced.
